Had an issue with a faulty power plug but Ella from the customer support team was quick to get this resolved and my mirror is now working perfectly.
Aluminum frame is extremely high quality, (also mirror is quite heavy) but it feels premium and has a sturdy build.
Remote sometimes needs to be pressed twice to get the right color, but no big issues otherwise. Satisfied with my purchase.
