I just ordered — when can I track it?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to become active.
How long will delivery take?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then shipped with free express worldwide delivery. Estimated delivery times:
- North America: 3–6 days
- Europe: 4–6 days
- Rest of the world: 4–8 days
These windows cover most items. A few made-to-order or customizable pieces may need a little extra time to craft before they ship.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
For larger products — or orders with multiple products — items may ship in separate packages to ensure safe delivery. If one arrives before the other, please allow a few additional days.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with free express worldwide delivery via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. The carrier is chosen automatically by your delivery address for the fastest, most reliable service.
